Description

Most teams run support and product feedback as two disconnected systems. A customer explains a problem in a chat, someone paraphrases it onto a feedback board, and when the fix finally ships nobody remembers who to tell. ProductBridge is built around closing that loop: every conversation, survey response and feature request lands on the same customer record, and shipping a changelog entry notifies the customers whose requests it resolves.

The platform bundles what would normally be several subscriptions. Support chat is a live messenger backed by AI agents that answer from your help center, call APIs through tools and workflows, and escalate to a human when they should. A help center hosts the articles those answers draw on. Surveys cover NPS, CSAT, CES and open-ended questions. A public feedback board, roadmap and changelog handle the outward-facing half. Feedback arrives from 15+ integrations including Slack, Zendesk and Intercom.

The part that does the quiet work is feedback intelligence. Incoming requests are deduplicated and grouped by theme automatically — "dark mode", "dark theme", "night mode" and "low light UI" consolidate into one item carrying the combined vote weight — then scored by reach and revenue, so prioritisation reflects which customers are asking rather than who shouted loudest. An MCP server exposes the same data to Claude, ChatGPT and Cursor.

Pricing is deliberately flat: a free plan with no credit card, Starter at $29/month and Growth at $59/month billed annually, with no per-seat, per-tracked-user or per-resolution charges — a pointed contrast with per-resolution AI support pricing. Aimed at small product teams who want support and product discovery in one place.
