AI Applyd applies to jobs on the employer's own hiring system and keeps the confirmation that system returns, so a real rejection is distinguishable from a form that silently dropped your application.
For each posting it scores the job against your resume, rewrites the resume for that specific role, writes a matching cover letter, then fills and submits the employer's own form. It covers Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workable, Workday, iCIMS, SmartRecruiters, Personio, Recruitee and BambooHR among others, which is where the jobs actually live rather than on an aggregator that bounces you onward.
There is no browser extension and no copy-paste. It also includes ATS scoring, so you can see how a posting's filter reads your resume before you apply, interview preparation grounded in the specific job description, and a tracker showing exactly where every application stands.
A hosted MCP server at mcp.aiapplyd.com lets you drive all of it from Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor.
