Morgen

Morgen is a calendar and daily planner that pulls every calendar you use (Google, Outlook, iCloud and other CalDAV accounts) and your task managers (Notion, Todoist, Linear, ClickUp, Obsidian, Google Tasks, Microsoft To Do and more) into one view, then helps you decide when the work actually happens.

Its AI Planner looks at your open tasks, existing events and preferences and proposes a time-blocked plan for the day. You preview it, adjust it and accept it: Morgen does not schedule or move tasks in your calendar without your approval, which sets it apart from fully automatic auto-schedulers. You can also skip the AI and drag tasks onto the calendar by hand.

Beyond planning, Morgen covers the everyday scheduling chores: scheduling links and a booking page so others can pick a slot, calendar automations that keep personal and work calendars in sync (for example, blocking work time when a private event is booked), Quick Join for video meetings, and widgets on mobile.

It runs as a desktop app on Windows, macOS and Linux, in the browser, and on mobile. Pricing is a subscription after a 14-day free trial (no card required): about $15 a month billed yearly for individuals and $10 per seat a month billed yearly for teams. Morgen is a Swiss company and markets its hosting as Swiss and GDPR compliant.
