Using Onei

These terms apply when you use onei.ai. By using the site you agree to them; if you do not, please do not use it. You can browse without an account. Our privacy policy explains how we handle your data.

Accounts

You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email address, so keep that inbox secure. You are responsible for what is done through your account. We may suspend or remove accounts that break these terms.

What you contribute

  • Reviews, app submissions and the images you upload stay yours. By posting them you give Onei a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, adapt (for example, resize an image or shorten a description) and distribute them as part of the site and its API, for as long as they are on the site.
  • Only submit what you have the right to submit, describe products accurately, and do not post anything unlawful, deceptive, infringing or abusive.
  • Submissions are reviewed before publication. We may edit, decline or remove any contribution or listing at our discretion.

Acceptable use

Do not try to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site or its API, get around rate limits, or use the site to send spam. Automated access must respect robots.txt, including its Content Signals: our content may not be used to train AI models.

Third-party products and links

Onei lists products made by other companies. We do not make, sell or support them, a listing is not an endorsement, and their own terms govern your use of them. Some links to listed products are referral links that may earn Onei a commission, and sponsored placements are labelled as such.

No warranty

We work to keep listings accurate, but descriptions, pricing and availability change and some of the catalogue is maintained with automated help. The site is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, Onei is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or of products found through it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under law that cannot be waived.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it. Questions go to contact@onei.ai.
