Hemory

Hemory is an always-on listening app that captures the conversations you actually have during the day and files them into a private, searchable memory your AI agents can query. Instead of asking you to take notes, it runs voice-activity detection on an iPhone, Android phone or Apple Watch you already own, splits the day into discrete moments with speaker labels, and keeps the result as structured recall rather than a wall of raw transcript.

The part that distinguishes it from a transcription app is the MCP server. Hemory exposes your memory through a standard Model Context Protocol endpoint, so a single claude mcp add hemory or codex mcp add hemory gives Claude Code, Codex, Gemini, Cursor, VS Code, OpenClaw or Hermes the context of what was said in yesterday's stand-up, what a client asked for three weeks ago, or the idea you talked through on a walk. The agent can then draft from that context instead of asking you to paste it in.

The product is aimed at people whose work is mostly conversation — founders, consultants, salespeople and lawyers — where the bottleneck is recall rather than writing. Listening is manual or scheduled, audio stays on the listening device, and you can stop capture at any point; the vendor's stated design is that nothing is retained in the cloud.

Platforms. iOS and Android ship today, with macOS, Windows, Linux, web and a self-hosted option listed as coming. The iOS build requires iOS 15 or later.
