Zinley is a personal AI representative rather than another chat window. It is given its own phone number, its own email inbox and its own machine to work on, so it can act on your behalf in the places where work actually arrives — a ringing phone, a stalled email thread, a form that needs filling in.

Calls and email

Zinley answers and places calls, books appointments and sits through hold queues so you do not have to. It keeps a real inbox you can CC into any thread, speaks several languages, and escalates back to you when a decision genuinely needs human judgement instead of guessing.

Memory of people, not just prompts

The part that distinguishes Zinley from a general assistant is its model of your relationships. A People view tracks everyone you deal with — how often you have interacted, on which channel, what is still open with them and how Zinley reads the relationship — with a tone slider that moves a contact from cold through polite to close so replies sound the way you would write them. Open loops stay visible until they close.

Work on a real computer

Because Zinley has a computer of its own, tasks are not limited to text generation: it researches and synthesises, drafts documents, cleans data and reconciles records, and can run scheduled jobs on approved devices. The desktop app shows the task transcript as it works, with visible credit and context usage per run.

Access and integrations

You reach Zinley over the web, a desktop app, email, phone, text and Telegram, with mobile apps announced as coming. It connects to Gmail, Slack, Google Calendar, Notion, Linear, GitHub, Google Drive, Figma, Stripe, iMessage and Discord.
