Teable

Teable is a no-code database that looks like a spreadsheet and is backed by real PostgreSQL underneath — so the grid your team edits is the same data a BI tool or an API client can query in SQL. Version 3.0 is the AI release: rather than configuring tables and automations by hand, you describe the outcome and Teable assembles the structure, the workflow and, with the App Builder, a deployable internal app on top of it.

The AI surface is split into distinct, inspectable pieces rather than one chat box. AI fields generate, summarise, translate or extract values column-by-column, so enrichment is a property of the schema and re-runs when rows change. AI chat answers questions over a base and produces analysis and charts. App Builder turns a base into a published web app with its own login settings, custom domain and version history, including a code editor for the parts you want to control directly. AI actions in automations slot model calls into the same workflow engine that handles the deterministic steps, and you can point any of it at a third-party model of your choice via custom model settings.

Underneath it stays a serious database: millions of rows with automatic indexing, batch operations, real-time collaboration, and permissions that go down to the column. Grid and form views ship today, with kanban, calendar, gallery, gantt and timeline on the roadmap.

Pricing: a free tier with 200 credits, 1,000 rows, 100 automation runs and 1 GB of attachments; Pro at $10/seat/month and Business at $20/seat/month raise those to 250,000 and 1,000,000 rows respectively, with SSO and custom app domains on Business. Extra credit packs are sold separately.

Self-hosting: the core is open source under AGPL-3.0 and deploys via Docker or one-click on Railway, Zeabur and Sealos. The vendor also offers private deployment and holds ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 certification.
