Description
Viktor, built by Zeta Labs (the team behind Jace AI), is an AI agent that sits in Slack or Microsoft Teams and is given work the way a colleague would be. The distinction it draws is between answering and doing: instead of returning a suggestion, Viktor connects to the systems the task touches, writes and runs code in a cloud sandbox, and hands back the artefact — a PDF board pack, a spreadsheet, a deployed internal web app, a pull request.
How it works
- Lives where the team already talks. One shared instance per workspace, so context built in one channel carries into the next.
- 3,200+ integrations, including Stripe, Notion, HubSpot, Salesforce, Linear, Jira, GitHub and Google Ads.
- Real outputs. Reports and dashboards, web apps with a database and auth, code with an accompanying pull request, email campaigns.
- Recurring work. Schedules jobs and runs audits without being re-prompted each time.
Typical uses
Founders use it for daily metrics digests, lead lists and investor-deck assembly; marketing teams for ad-spend and CAC tracking and stakeholder reporting; engineering for bug triage, small code contributions and incident response; finance and operations for invoice processing, forecasting and board packs.
Pricing and security
A free plan includes $100 of credits with no card required, and paid plans start at $50 per month with all features and integrations included. Viktor is SOC 2 Type 1 compliant with Type 2 and ISO 27001 in progress, encrypts data in transit and at rest, isolates each team's workspace, and does not train on customer data.
