Summary

A Y Combinator-backed AI coworker you text from Slack or iMessage: it runs on its own cloud computer, signed into your tools, and keeps a self-updating company wiki as its memory.

Description

Almanac is an AI coworker rather than a chat window. It runs continuously on its own machine — a real browser, its own filesystem, its own logins — so work continues whether or not your laptop is open, and you reach it the way you would reach a colleague: a message in Slack or iMessage, and a reply when the task is done.

The second brain

The part that makes the agent useful over time is the wiki. Almanac reads the tools you connect and continuously compiles what it learns into a company wiki that updates itself, then consults that wiki before it acts. The effect is that a request does not have to carry its own context: the agent already knows which vendor you use, how the last renewal went, and who owns the account.

Its own computer

Because Almanac drives a real browser and signs in the way a person does, it is not limited to tools that ship an API. That is the practical difference between an agent with a fixed integration list and one that can be pointed at the long tail of internal systems. It is also proactive — it identifies work that needs doing and tells you once it is finished, rather than waiting to be asked.

Connections

Slack, Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Docs, Chrome, GitHub, Granola and iMessage are among the tools it plugs into, with unlimited connected accounts on every plan.

Pricing

A 7-day free trial, then Starter at $30 per user per month, Pro at $100 per user per month with 5x the model usage and 2x the browser minutes, and Scale at $200 per user per month with 20x the model usage and 4x the browser minutes. Enterprise is custom and adds SSO and access controls. Every tier includes the shared company wiki, team features and the Slack and iMessage channels. Almanac is backed by Y Combinator.
