Noah AI is an AI executive assistant aimed at founder-CEOs and other people whose calendar is the bottleneck. Instead of shipping another dashboard, it lives in the channels an executive already uses: you text it, CC it on an email thread, or ping it in Slack, and it takes the task from there.

What it actually does

• Scheduling and rescheduling. Noah reads your calendar, proposes times that match your real availability and stated preferences, coordinates with the other side, handles time zones, and drops the invite in when everyone agrees.
• Email hand-off. CC Noah on a thread and it runs the back-and-forth to a booked meeting without further instructions.
• Meeting prep. Before a call it sends a briefing: who you are meeting, what they have funded, and where your last interaction left off.
• Notes and follow-through. When a meeting ends it captures notes, pulls out action items, sends the follow-up, and books the next session.
• Voice calls. For anything that still needs a phone - restaurants, doctors, appointments - Noah places the call, waits on hold and confirms the booking.
• Attendee comms. It can notify attendees when you are running late and send reminders by SMS or calendar.

Who it is for

Founders, solo executives and small leadership teams who cannot justify a full-time EA but lose hours a week to coordination. Onboarding is a phone number - there is no desktop app or browser extension to install, and Noah works over text from the first message.

It connects to the tools already in an executive's stack (Gmail, Google Calendar, Zoom, Google Meet, Notion, Drive, WhatsApp, iMessage and Granola among them) rather than asking teams to move their work somewhere new.
