Description
Vibe Dot is a small round AI recorder from Vibe, the company behind the Vibe Board. It records meetings, phone calls and in-person conversations, then turns them into transcripts with speaker labels, summaries, meeting notes and action items in the Vibe AI app, where you can also ask questions about what was said.
The device clips onto clothing, sits on a desk, or snaps to the back of a phone to capture calls. It uses a five-microphone array (four air microphones plus a bone-conduction microphone) to separate your voice from background noise. It does not need Wi-Fi: audio is stored on the device and synced to the phone app over Bluetooth later. A dedicated encryption chip protects recordings, and Vibe lists SOC 2, HIPAA and FERPA compliance and NDAA eligibility for US government buyers. It charges over USB-C in about 90 minutes and runs for days on a charge. Notes can be pushed into tools such as Slack, Notion and CRMs.
The device costs from USD 199. The free Starter plan includes 300 minutes of AI transcription a month and per-meeting AI chat. Pro (USD 9 a month or USD 108 a year) raises that to 1,200 minutes, adds AI credits, and lets you ask questions across your whole meeting history.
