Description

Grain records and transcribes meetings, then writes summaries, action items and CRM updates from them — but its distinguishing bet is what happens to the transcript afterwards. Rather than treating notes as the end product, Grain packages them as context other AI tools can consume: one-click export into Claude or ChatGPT, an MCP server and a REST API, and the ability to query an entire meeting library rather than one call at a time.

That matters because a raw transcript is a poor input for an assistant. Grain's enriched transcripts attach participant identity and cross-meeting history to the text, so an agent reading a discovery call also knows who the speakers are and what was said in the five previous conversations with them. Transcription covers 100+ languages.

Capture works two ways: bot-less recording straight from computer audio, which keeps a visible meeting bot out of the participant list, or a joining bot when you want video. Meeting content syncs onward to HubSpot, Salesforce and Pipedrive for CRM hygiene, and to Slack and Zapier for routing; Teams-based auto-sharing pushes the right calls to the right people without manual forwarding.

The free tier allows unlimited recordings capped at 45 minutes per meeting with 90 days of history. Paid plans start around $15 per user per month, lifting the length cap and unlocking the advanced features, with no long-term contract. Operated by Grain Intelligence Inc. It suits revenue teams and any group that wants its call archive to be queryable by an agent rather than merely searchable.
