Description
Banani is an AI copilot for UI design aimed at people who need screens quickly: product managers, founders, designers, students and indie hackers. Describe a product in plain language and it generates editable, multi-screen designs, from wireframes to high-fidelity mockups, for web apps, mobile apps, SaaS dashboards, landing pages and onboarding flows.
It can also start from a reference. Drop in images, screenshots or a Figma link and Banani extracts the visual style and layout, either to generate fresh variations or to recreate an existing interface one to one. Designs live on a canvas of named screens with version history, and you can ask the AI to restyle a design (more playful, more minimal) or fine-tune colors, typography and other tokens yourself. An agent mode keeps several screens consistent through shared components, and can ask clarifying questions when a prompt is vague. Clicking an element can generate the screen a user would see next, which is how it builds interactive prototypes. Recent releases added brand assets and logos that the AI reuses inside designs, and in-app image generation.
Projects are shared by link for feedback, and export goes to Figma as editable layers with auto layout, to HTML/CSS, to PNG/JPG, or to coding tools via MCP.
The free plan has 12 monthly credits plus 3 daily refills and private projects. Plus ($20 a month, $12 billed yearly) adds 100 monthly credits, 10 daily refills, unlimited Figma export, code/MCP export and faster generation; Pro ($50, $30 yearly) removes the credit limit. Enterprise adds SSO, design-system import and custom integration.
