Harvey builds AI for legal and professional services work, deployed at many of the world's largest law firms. It is not a general assistant with a legal prompt; the models and workflows are built for legal tasks and the security posture is built for privileged material.

• Due diligence at volume — reviewing thousands of documents for specific provisions and flagging deviations from standard

Deployment

Harvey is sold to firms and legal departments rather than individuals, with per-seat pricing, dedicated onboarding, and the confidentiality controls the profession requires — no training on client data, and defined data residency.

Output is a first draft for a lawyer to review, which is how the firms using it describe it. Professional responsibility does not transfer to a model.
