Planner 5D

Planner 5D is interior design for people who are not interior designers. You lay out a floor plan in 2D, switch to 3D to furnish and decorate it, and produce a render that looks like a photograph of a room that does not exist yet — no CAD training required.

Where the AI does the work. Three places, and all three remove a step that used to be manual. Upload a photograph or scan of an existing floor plan and it becomes an editable 3D project rather than something you retrace by hand. Point your phone camera at a room to model it. And AI Studio generates design variations from a project, so exploring five directions for a living room is a few credits rather than an afternoon.

The catalogue is the substance. More than 10,000 furniture and decor items, with the free tier getting about half of them. The Snapshot feature produces photo-realistic images with real lighting, textures and shadows; Professional adds unlimited 4K renders, 360-degree walkthroughs and panoramas, CAD export and custom 3D model uploads in .obj, .fbx, .blend and .stl.

Pricing. Free covers unlimited projects, sharing and half the catalogue on web and mobile. Premium is $19.99 a month or $59.99 a year and adds floor-plan upload, the full catalogue, photo-to-3D import, standard renders, a budget widget and 100 AI Studio credits a month. Professional is $49.99 a month or $399.99 a year with 1,000 AI credits monthly, 4K renders, CAD export, a specs organiser, price estimator and a branded profile. Enterprise covers white-label, proprietary catalogues and APIs. AI credits beyond the monthly allowance are bought separately.
