Description
Coefficient is a Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel add-on that turns the spreadsheet into a live view of a company's systems. Connectors cover CRMs (Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive), marketing platforms (GA4, Search Console, Facebook and LinkedIn Ads), databases and warehouses (Snowflake, PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server, Redshift), BI tools and finance systems (QuickBooks, NetSuite, Stripe, Xero), more than 150 in all. Imports refresh on a schedule, and writebacks push edited rows back to the source.
On top of the connectors sit AI agents. An import agent sets up a sync from a plain-English description, an API agent builds an integration for internal or niche tools, and a browser agent scrapes sites with no API. The Sheets Assistant cleans data, builds pivots and formulas and formats ranges from a prompt; a dashboard agent builds BI-style dashboards in the sheet, and a monitoring agent alerts the team when numbers change. Its main audiences are RevOps, marketing and finance teams that report out of spreadsheets.
A free plan covers three standard data sources, 5,000-row imports and manual refreshes. Starter is $49 per month with daily auto-refresh, and Pro is $99 per user per month with hourly refresh and unlimited import size; Pro has a 30-day free trial.
