Builder.io

Builder.io is a platform for building front ends with AI agents on a team's real production code, so that engineers, designers, product managers and marketers can all make changes in the same codebase and design system instead of handing work off. It is sold as two products: Builder Code (formerly Fusion), where you build with AI agents on production code, and Builder Content (formerly Publish), a visual, agent-driven CMS for managing and personalising content across sites and apps. The names changed in September 2026; the products did not.

• Visual Copilot, Figma to code: a Figma plugin that converts structured or unstructured Figma designs into clean, responsive code with one click, for React, Vue, Svelte, Angular, Qwik, plain HTML and mobile targets such as SwiftUI, Kotlin and Flutter, with Tailwind CSS or CSS Modules for styling. It can map designs onto your existing component library.
• Visual editor: edit production code like a design, on a canvas wired to your components and design tokens, then open a pull request for review.
• Builder Agent: takes requests from Slack or Jira (Team plan and up), and connects to GitHub, GitLab and Bitbucket.
• Agentic CMS: create and schedule content, run A/B tests and personalise pages by prompting, with preview and approval steps.
• MCP: built-in MCP servers on Pro, custom MCP servers on Team.

Pricing

• Free: $0, 60 credits a month (15 a day), the Figma plugin, VS Code extension and Git integrations, one design system.
• Pro: $24 per user per month, 500 monthly credits, up to 3 design systems, pay-as-you-go overage and credit rollover.
• Team: $40 per user per month, adds roles, peer review, the Slack/Jira agent and an AI training opt-out.
• Enterprise: custom, with SSO, RBAC, privacy mode and self-hosted git providers.

Who it is for

Product teams with an existing React or similar codebase who want designs and small changes to reach production without a rebuild, and developers who want Figma files turned into code that uses their own components.
