Description

Replica is a MIT-licensed pack of eleven Claude skills that walk an app idea from teardown to launch. The recon skill maps a target app's screens, flows, components and likely data model from public pages, store listings and your own account. Architect, design, build and backend skills then plan the stack and schema, turn measured screenshots into design tokens, rebuild screen by screen, and wire up auth, payments and integrations.

Test and diff skills click through every flow, log bugs by severity and score parity against the original. The entrepreneur skill reads real user reviews to find what people hate and turns the complaints into a fix plan and positioning angle, while brand, launch and deploy create a distinct name, landing page, store listing and a live deployment.

It deliberately rebuilds what an app does, never what it owns: features and flows in a clean-room style, not code, logos or copy. Install as a Claude Code plugin or copy the folders into ~/.claude/skills; Python 3.8+ is the only requirement and nothing needs an API key.
