Official MCP server for the Mux video API, built on a code-execution scheme: the agent writes TypeScript against the SDK and runs it in a Deno sandbox.

Description
The UI5 MCP Server gives AI coding agents the framework-specific knowledge they usually lack when working on SAPUI5 and OpenUI5 projects. Instead of guessing at controls, manifest settings or project conventions, an agent connected to this server can look them up and check its own work.
It exposes ten tools. Scaffolding tools create new UI5 applications and UI Integration Cards from templates. Analysis tools read project metadata, report framework version information, and fetch formatted API reference for any UI5 control. Quality tools run the official UI5 linter against your code and validate manifest.json against the UI5 manifest schema, so the agent can find and fix UI5-specific errors in a loop. Guideline tools return current best practices, including a step-by-step guide for converting JavaScript controls and apps to TypeScript.
The server runs locally over stdio with npx, needs Node.js 20.17+ or 22.9+, and is licensed Apache-2.0. It works with VS Code (GitHub Copilot), Cline, Claude Code, Codex and other MCP clients. Network access from tools is restricted to an allow-list of domains (localhost and the OData demo service by default), and the CDN source, logging and response format can be adjusted with environment variables.
Best suited to SAP developers building Fiori and UI5 front ends who want agent-generated code that passes the UI5 linter on the first try.
