The whole Cloudflare API — 2,500+ endpoints — behind two tools. The agent writes JavaScript instead of picking from a tool list, cutting the context cost by about 99.9%.

Description
This is Red Hat's own MCP server for Ansible Automation Platform (AAP), shipped as a technology preview from AAP 2.6.4 (announced 2 February 2026). It lets an MCP client such as Cursor, Claude, ChatGPT or VS Code manage automation in plain language while the platform keeps its normal controls.
Six toolsets cover job management, inventory management, system monitoring, user management, security and compliance, and platform configuration.
Two operating modes. Read-only is meant for safe querying and monitoring; read-write additionally lets an agent launch jobs and make changes. Access follows a dual-layer model that combines server-level and user-level permissions, so an agent inherits the role-based access control and governance of the AAP APIs rather than bypassing them.
Deployment. It is installed with the standard AAP installer. On RHEL 9 or 10 it runs as a containerised pod serving HTTPS on port 8448; on OpenShift Container Platform 4.12 and later it is deployed through the operator, which creates the route automatically.
It suits platform and SRE teams that already run AAP and want conversational troubleshooting and job execution. It is a technology preview, so test in read-only mode first.
