Description
ThoughtSpot is a business intelligence platform built around natural-language search over company data, now organised as a team of AI agents for different roles. Spotter answers business questions in plain English, shows the reasoning behind each step so numbers can be traced, follows up with multi-step analysis and forecasting, and keeps business definitions consistent through Memory; teams can also create custom analyst agents. SpotterModel helps data engineers build a semantic model by recommending columns and explaining joins, SpotterViz helps analysts build and style Liveboards (interactive dashboards) and automated insight tiles, and SpotterCode assists developers embedding ThoughtSpot analytics into their own products.
It connects to cloud data platforms such as Snowflake and Databricks. ThoughtSpot sells two product lines, Analytics and Embedded. Analytics Pro starts at $50 per user per month billed annually, covering AI-powered dashboards, natural-language search and 25 Spotter agent queries per user per month, for up to 1,000 users and 250M rows; Enterprise is custom-priced. LLM tokens are not metered separately, and a free trial is available.
