mysetup.ai is a place to read how other people actually work with AI, written by the people doing it rather than by a review site.

What a setup is

Each profile lays out one person's working configuration — which coding agents they drive, which models they run and where, the dictation and orchestration tools wrapped around them, and how the pieces fit together. Published setups include a polyglot software engineer's local-model stack and a CTO running llama.cpp on their own hardware, alongside the founder's own combination of Codex and Claude Code with voice prompting.

Why it is not just a tool list

The site is built around change rather than around a snapshot. You can follow a setup and see what its owner is trying, what they have moved on from, and what replaced it — which is the information a static "best AI tools" roundup never carries, because abandonment is the useful signal and roundups only ever add. Search filters across setups by topic, so it is possible to ask what people pairing Claude Code with local models are doing differently.

Who it is for

Engineers assembling their own AI workflow who have watched fragments of other people's setups scroll past on social media and wanted somewhere they are collected, comparable and current. The founder, Stevey Brown, built it after finding that exact gap. Reading requires no account; sharing a setup means adding the tools and workflows you use.
