Description
Lightfield is a CRM built around an agent harness rather than a form-filling database. Instead of asking reps to log activity, it ingests email, call recordings, Slack and Microsoft Teams channels, LinkedIn messages and external signals, then synthesises them into a versioned customer memory you can query in natural language — "what did this account object to last quarter?" returns an answer with the conversations behind it.
On top of that memory sits an agent builder. You describe an agent in plain English and compose it from Skills, Knowledge and Automations; the platform ships an SDK, an API and MCP access so the same agents can be driven from your own code or from an AI assistant. Out of the box the agents handle the work that usually decays a CRM: capturing records from conversations, bulk-editing pipeline stages and tags based on what was actually said, prepping and recording meetings, scoring accounts by fit, timing and connection strength, spotting quiet prospects and drafting revival outreach, and running outbound campaigns from inside the CRM rather than a bolted-on sequencer.
Pricing is per organisation with unlimited seats, metered in credits rather than per user. Starter is pay-as-you-go with 5,000 free credits and a $0.040 credit rate; Pro is $1,000/month for 400,000 credits a year at $0.030 plus an 8-hour support SLA, a dedicated CSM and white-glove migration; Growth is $2,000/month for 850,000 credits at $0.028 and adds a forward-deployed GTM specialist, ICP configuration and outbound campaign setup; Enterprise adds SSO, RBAC, multiple workspaces and custom integrations.
The unlimited-seat model makes Lightfield unusually well suited to early-stage teams where everyone touches the customer — support, product and founders included — and where a per-seat CRM quietly discourages exactly that.
