Summary

Session replay, error tracking and vision-AI agents in one SDK — agents watch real user sessions on a schedule, file the bugs they find and post to Slack.

Description

Human Behavior is product analytics for teams who never got around to instrumenting events. One SDK captures the session; replay, issue tracking and AI agents all read from that same stream, so there is nothing to stitch together afterwards and no taxonomy to maintain.

Session replay is a DOM-level recording rather than a video, with console output, network calls and errors laid out on one timeline, and inputs masked in the browser before anything leaves the page. Issues fingerprints runtime errors, groups them, and attaches the source-mapped stack trace, the breadcrumbs that led to the crash and the replay itself — so triage does not mean opening three tools.

The distinctive part is agents. You write instructions in plain language, and vision models watch sessions unattended on a schedule, reading recordings, stacks and breadcrumbs the way a person would. They file issues and post findings to Slack, which turns "someone should watch some replays this week" into a job that actually runs. Dashboards, funnels, user profiles, revenue tracking, daily reports and automations sit alongside.

Who it is for. Small product teams shipping quickly, where the analytics work of tagging events competes directly with building features, and where the questions that matter — why did this user churn, what broke in checkout — are behavioural rather than aggregate. Founders on the site report shipping roughly a third of their features off the back of what the agents surfaced, and catching bugs in Slack before users reported them.

Availability. Human Behavior is a San Francisco company backed by Y Combinator and General Catalyst, with a $5M seed round raised in 2025. Access is sales-led: there is a live product demo on the site and a booking link rather than public self-serve pricing.
