Description

What it is

Copy.ai started out as an AI copywriting app and now sells itself as a "GTM AI platform": a place where marketing, sales and operations teams build AI workflows for content, prospecting and lead handling. In October 2025 the RevOps software company Fullcast announced it had acquired Copy.ai. The Copy.ai site and app still run under the Copy.ai name, and support now goes through Fullcast's help center and email.

Key features
  • Chat: a prompting interface for one-off tasks. The pricing page says the Chat plan gives access to OpenAI, Anthropic and Gemini models.
  • Workflows and Actions: chains of AI steps (research a company, scrape a page, write a sales email, translate text) that encode a repeatable process. Workflows spend credits. The help center says test runs during building don't use credits.
  • Agents: workflow-driven agents for targeted tasks, with guardrails.
  • Tables: a data layer that pulls sources together to feed workflows.
  • Infobase and Brand Voice: a shared store of company facts and a defined brand voice, so generated content stays consistent.
  • Integrations and API: the company says it has 2,000+ integrations. API access and bulk workflow runs are listed under the Enterprise plan.

Use cases on the site include content creation (SEO, thought leadership, social), translation and localization, account-based marketing, inbound lead processing, CRM enrichment, and deal coaching and forecasting.

Who it's for

Go-to-market teams at mid-size and large companies that want to standardise repeatable marketing and sales tasks, not just generate one-off copy. The self-serve Chat plan suits small teams that mainly want a multi-model AI chat.

Pricing

As listed on copy.ai/prices in October 2026:

  • Chat: 5 seats, unlimited chat words and projects. $29/month billed monthly, or $24/month billed annually ($288/year).
  • Growth: 75 seats, 20K workflow credits per month. $1,000/month, billed $12,000/year.
  • Expansion: 150 seats, 45K workflow credits per month. $2,000/month, billed $24,000/year.
  • Scale: 200 seats, 75K workflow credits per month. $3,000/month, billed $36,000/year.
  • Enterprise: custom pricing, with guided implementation, API access and dedicated support.

The help center says the old free plan has been sunset and new users need to buy a plan. It also describes a 5-day money-back guarantee on the first purchase.
