WRITER started as an enterprise writing assistant and has become something broader: a platform for delegating whole pieces of work to AI agents rather than prompting a chat box and editing the result yourself. AI Studio is where teams build and govern custom agents. Connectors wire agents into the source systems the work depends on. And a Knowledge Graph grounds outputs in the company's own content, so an agent writes from your material rather than from a general model's recollection.

What genuinely distinguishes WRITER from platforms that resell frontier models is that it trains its own: the Palmyra family of LLMs, developed in-house over a five-year research track and aimed specifically at regulated industries where transparency and control are procurement requirements.
