Summary

Watches how your team actually works, learns a back-office process from one screenshare, and ships a governed agent that replays every decision it makes.

Description

Caddi builds automation for the repetitive back-office work that never justified a proper integration project — email triage, filing executed contracts, turning calendar entries into billable time. Its distinguishing move is how the work gets specified: instead of writing rules, you show it.

Teach it once

Caddi starts by analysing the systems you connect and ranking the repetitive processes it finds, with volumes attached so the business case is visible before anyone commits — the site's own examples are email triage at 1,204 messages a month, executed-contract filing at 412, and calendar-to-billing entry at 312. You then walk through the chosen process once in the Caddi Recorder browser extension, narrating as you go. Caddi captures the rules from that session and comes back with questions about the edge cases you glossed over, the way a competent new hire would.

Deterministic where it has to be

The resulting automation is not an agent improvising each run. Caddi generates code everywhere the process has to be exact and reserves model judgement for the steps that genuinely need it, which is what makes the output repeatable rather than plausible. Every run is logged and replayable: which branch was taken, why, and under which permissions. A run can be paused instantly.

Fit

Over 150 integrations, weighted heavily towards regulated professional services — Microsoft 365, Salesforce, DocuSign, NetDocuments, iManage, Clio, Aderant, Litify, Addepar and Tamarac among them. The target buyers are law firms, registered investment advisers, accounting firms, private equity, banks, mortgage lenders and insurers, and inside them the operations, legal-operations, billing, intake and IT teams.

Governance and pricing

Caddi is SOC 2 Type II certified, operates zero data retention with its LLM providers, and its data processing agreements exclude customer content from model training. There is a free Individual plan for one user with no time limit, enough to take a single process end to end; commercial plans are quoted. The company has raised a $5M seed round.
