Description

Sim is an open-source workspace for building, deploying, and managing AI agents without starting from a blank canvas. Teams design agentic workflows visually by wiring together blocks for models, tools, and data sources, or drop into code when they need finer control, then test, review, and deploy the result behind a clean API.

The platform ships with connectors for more than 1,000 external tools and every major LLM provider, so a workflow can call Slack, Notion, Salesforce, GitHub, and a model provider in the same pipeline without custom glue code. Because Sim is Apache 2.0 licensed and fully self-hostable, teams that need to keep data in-house can run it on their own infrastructure with npx simstudio, while others use the hosted cloud version to skip the setup entirely.

Sim is aimed at developers and technical teams shipping internal tools, data assistants, and customer-support automations who want the speed of a visual builder without giving up the ability to inspect and version the underlying logic.
