Mispher

Mispher is a free, open-source (MIT) macOS app that runs entirely on-device with no cloud connectivity or account required. Holding a hotkey opens a radial dial to dictate text, rewrite highlighted text in place, or translate between languages, all using local speech and language models on Apple Silicon. It also includes a local agent that can plan multi-step actions and call tools such as Apple Notes, the clipboard, and files, and can connect to user-supplied MCP servers over HTTP or stdio.
